Clinic Days
Our field clinic is a trailer with pop-up telehealth pods — a physical telehealth access point that brings specialty care to communities across Appalachia.
I need help
A navigator will contact you within two business days. Navigators help you find care — they do not diagnose or treat. Patient navigation is a paid service: $79 for a 45-minute session. Your navigator confirms the cost before any work begins. If this is a medical emergency, call 911. If you are in crisis, call or text 988 for the Suicide & Crisis Lifeline.
Part of the mission, not a premium add-on
Appalachian Access exists so that a ridge, a hollow or a two-hour drive never decides whether someone gets specialty care. The field clinic is how we bring that care to the community — browsing clinic days, alerts and requests below never requires a paid plan. Pricing for clinic day visits themselves is still to be determined and will be posted here once set.
Find a clinic day near you
Pricing to be determinedFilter by the specialty you need and how far you can travel, then switch to the map to see pins and distances from your ZIP code. Clinic days are listed only once they're verified — we never post dates we can't keep. Clinic day pricing hasn't been set yet; we'll publish costs before any visit is offered.
A trailer that travels
The field clinic hauls to church lots, community centers and fairgrounds across the mountains.
Pop-up telehealth pods
Private, climate-controlled pods with a screen and a solid connection — a real place to meet a specialist.
Specialty care nearby
Rheumatology, neurology, endocrinology, sleep, behavioral health, addiction treatment, primary and dental care.

This is patient navigation, not clinical services.
Navigators help you find and reach care. They do not diagnose conditions, give medical advice, prescribe or change treatment, and using this site does not create a patient–provider relationship.
